How do I start a session? Choose a canvas, pick a length and press Play. On Apple TV, move to a channel with the remote and press Start or Play/Pause. On Apple Watch, swipe to a canvas on Home and start it there.
Can I pause or stop early? Yes. Pause whenever you need to. If you end early, Tiempo keeps the time you focused.
What does Tiempo Unlock add? The canvases Water, Mosaic, Painting, Hourglass and Meditation; Plan, Notes, History and Insights; painting with your own photos; four recorded soundscapes (rain, rain with thunder, ocean and fire); and more looks (more Sand colorways, Water palettes, Mosaic designs and frame colors). It’s a one-time purchase with no subscription, and it works on all your devices with the same Apple Account. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, each of those canvases has a 20-second preview. The canvases Sand, Minimal, Clock and Flip Clock, Alarms, the Stopwatch and every timer feature are free.
What happens to my sessions before I buy it? They keep saving on your device and appear in History and Insights once you unlock. Nothing is deleted in the meantime, and Export my data is always free.
How do I restore Tiempo Unlock? On iPhone, iPad or Mac: Settings › About Tiempo › Restore Purchases. On Apple TV: Settings › Restore Purchases.
Can my family use Tiempo Unlock? Yes. Tiempo Unlock works with Family Sharing.
Do my sessions sync between devices? Sessions you run on Apple Watch join your iPhone’s History when the two are together. Other devices keep their own sessions for now: an iPad, a Mac or an Apple TV doesn’t sync with your iPhone yet.
Why does the completion sound play when my iPhone is on Silent? Tiempo plays its sounds like music, so a session can end out loud. To end quietly, turn off the completion sound in Settings or turn on Quiet completion feedback.
How do I keep a copy of my data? On iPhone, iPad or Mac: Settings › About Tiempo › Export my data, then Share export. The file has your sessions, plans and written notes. It’s free, with or without Tiempo Unlock.
Where is my data kept? Only on your devices. Tiempo has no account and collects no data. See the Privacy Policy.
Where are Tiempo’s credits and licenses? On Credits and Licenses: the recordings, the photograph and the open-source code in Tiempo.
